Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account info (name, email, role), the text you paste for simplification, learning sessions and confidence ratings you record. We do not collect precise location or device contacts.

How we use it

To provide the service, show parents their child's progress, send essential service emails, prevent abuse, and comply with the law. We do not sell personal data and we do not show advertising.

AI processing

Pasted content is sent to our AI provider to generate simplified versions. We do not allow children's content to be used to train external AI models.

Sharing

We share only with: (a) cloud hosting & database (Supabase), (b) our AI provider for processing, (c) Stripe for payments, (d) authorities when legally required.

Children

See our dedicated Children's Privacy Notice. Parents can review, request a copy, or request deletion of their child's data at any time.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data from Settings → Delete my data, or by contacting support. We respond within 30 days.

Retention

Account & learning data is kept while your account is active. On deletion request, we erase within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g. payment records).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted via row-level security policies.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in. No analytics or ad cookies.
